Our Story
How We Got Started...
Electrix Cheersport was started in 2015 by Coach Annabel as a way to recover from an operation she had to remove a tumour from her leg. Since then we have grown exponentially, now catering for athletes of all abilities and ages in the Nelson/Tasman region through the variety of classes and programs we offer.

In April 2020 we moved from our small space in the FlipOut building to our VERY OWN huge space at 111 Bolt Road, Tahunanui!!

In October 2020 we put down our amazing fully sprung floor!

All Star cheerleading is a mixture of dance, gymnastics and acrobatics. We do not use pom poms or yell chants on the sidelines - we are the main event!

We have always been and will always be more than a sports club. We believe that we have a duty to not only teach our young people how to excel in their sport, but also to instil values that will help them succeed in all future endeavours. Our 3 P's, with their proud place on the gym wall, guide the way we do this:
